Wilbraham is a town in Hampden County of Massachusetts and a suburb of Springfield. It is also part of the Springfield Metropolitan Statistical Area.
Hampden-Wilbraham Regional School District is a Wilbraham regional school district centered around Minnechaug Regional High School.
Wilbraham is home to an ice cream company founded in Springfield, Massachusetts, in 1935, and the Friendly's restaurant chain, which currently has more than 500 restaurants in 16 states on the east coast of the United States.
Downtown Wilbraham is one of the country's largest delimited historic areas, with well-preserved colonial and Victorian-style buildings lining the main street from the 1830s. The city center also houses New England's oldest Methodist prayer house and one of the fifteen most senior schools on the East Coast of the United States, Wilbraham & Monson Academy, dating from 1804.
